The Kiski-Conemaugh River Water Trail extends for 84 miles from Greenhouse Park on the Stonycreek River to the mouth of the Kiskiminetas River at Freeport. This is a good river for paddling novices and families, offering an improving warm-water fishery and a variety of interesting features, including the Conemaugh Gorge and Packsaddle Gap, magnificent cut-stone bridges, the Conemaugh River Dam, Main Line Canal traces, and historical riverside communities.
